Analytics

Cloud Horizons records page views, CTA clicks, free-tool activity, waitlist actions, and free-audit actions in the portfolio dashboard. These events are used to understand demand and improve the product.

Analytics events are designed for product learning rather than resale. They may include page path, campaign source, tool name, browser-level timing, and whether a visitor used a calculator or requested follow-up.

Requests

Waitlist and audit forms may store contact details and cloud-cost context so the request can be followed up. Contact details are not sent as raw analytics metadata.

Free-audit context can include the cloud provider, rough monthly spend, waste category, team role, and the page that triggered the request. Do not submit secrets, access keys, billing exports, or customer data through public forms.

Cloud-cost and marketplace data

Assisted audits and paid work can include cloud account identifiers, subscription or project names, service names, region, usage, tags, cost records, owner labels, and support notes needed to produce findings. Marketplace activation can include buyer email, tenant ID, subscription ID, offer ID, plan ID, activation status, and lifecycle event records.

Cloud Horizons does not need workload customer data, access keys, private keys, or production credentials through public forms. Read-only provider access should be scoped to billing, cost, inventory, and metadata needed for the audit or product workflow.

Billing providers

Direct self-serve billing may use Stripe or Mollie after a provider is selected. Marketplace transactions use the relevant marketplace fulfillment flow instead.

Processors and hosting

The public site and forms run on Cloudflare. Transactional email, marketplace fulfillment, analytics, and payment providers may process limited operational data needed to deliver the service, complete activation, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Retention

Contact requests, audit context, customer feedback, marketplace activation records, and operational logs are kept while needed for service delivery, support, security, legal, billing, and launch-evidence review. Public-form submissions that do not become active customer work can be deleted on request unless retention is legally required.

Deletion and correction

Send access, deletion, or correction requests to hello@spot-suite.com from the submitted address where possible.

Operator

Cloud Horizons is operated by Spot Cloud B.V. in the Netherlands. The public product domain is cloud-horizons.com and the support path is linked from the site footer.
