Public-facing positioning shipped at /ai. EU-sovereign LLM API, OpenAI-compatible, six open-weights models at launch. Private beta opens summer 2026, waitlist members get first access and a year at half price.

Operating entity confirmed: Spot Cloud B.V.
All inference services run under Spot Cloud B.V. (KvK 89708873), a Dutch entity. No US parent, no CLOUD Act exposure. Standard EU Data Processing Agreement template ready for team plan customers.

Mistral Large 3 added to launch lineup
European-language fluency target. 128K context. Joins Kimi K2.5, MiniMax M2.5, GLM 4.6, Qwen 3 Coder, and Llama 3.3 70B in the v1 catalog.

Primary regions: Amsterdam and Frankfurt
Two EU regions confirmed for the private beta. Paris (Q3 2026) and Stockholm (Q4 2026) on the roadmap. No US fallback, no third-country routing under any failure mode.

OpenAI SDK compatibility committed as the default surface
No proprietary SDK. Existing openai Python and Node clients work by setting base_url. LangChain, LiteLLM, Vercel AI SDK, openai-go all route through the same compatibility shim.

Pricing model finalized
Workspace terms cover fair-use rate limits, shared keys, SSO, zero-retention options, and DPA scope. Token usage is metered per model.
