Cost Alerts
Alerts are evaluated on a schedule and delivered through channels you configure with your own credentials — Microsoft Graph or Azure Communication Services for email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or a generic webhook that can point at your own SMTP relay. Spot Cloud is never in your mail path.
Channels
Notification destinations. Secrets (client secret, access key, webhook URL, token) are stored encrypted in your environment's secret store and never shown again after you save them.
Rules
Budget breach fires when spend crosses thresholdPct%
of budget and re-alerts at each 10% step past the threshold. Anomaly fires when
the latest day's spend is thresholdPct% above the trailing 7-day average.
